When you step into the Healing Intensive: The Sacred Exhale, you’ll receive:

Q: Where will the Healing Intensive take place?
A: The event will be held in Chicago, IL. Exact location details will be shared with registered participants closer to the date.

Q: How many people will be in attendance?
A: This is an intimate gathering, limited to 20 participants, to ensure a safe and connected space for healing.

Q: What’s included in my registration?
A: Your ticket includes 4 hours of guided healing work, a keynote session, a catered meal, a curated wellness gift bag, and closing rituals to help you leave grounded and renewed.

Q: Is food provided?
A: Yes, a catered meal is included. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated — please let us know when registering.

Q: Are refunds available?
A: All ticket sales are final. If you can no longer attend, your ticket may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.

Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: We encourage you to bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
